PAYMENT METHODS: You can pay by Credit Cart, Advance Bank Transfer or PayPal.
SHIPPING: free IN ITALY for orders over € 100; for shipments abroad, check the cost in the cart. Delivery with SDA within 4-6 working days, since when the order leaves our store, unless different specifications are in the information of the availability of the item.
RETURNS: for online orders Stefania Zanutta will refund the amount corresponding to the price of the item, which must be returned in its original condition, accompanied by its invoice, in its Stefania Zanutta package. Customized items cannot be returned.
Returning your item:
– send a mail to Stefania Zanutta with your request of refund, within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date;
– fill out the refund form you’ll receive by mail;
– attach the completed form and the original invoice to the item in its original condition and in its Stefania Zanutta package;
– send everything to our offices within fourteen (14) calendar days after the date in which you sent us the form (return shipping charges to be paid by customer);
– we’ll refund you as soon as possible, within fourteen (14) working days after the day in which we’ll receive your return in our offices.
Refunds will be issued by bank transfer on the account you’ll give us (the account holder and the invoice holder must be the same).
